Important information for customers using our website, booking form, Facebook Login, Messenger sync, and invoice portal.
Bookings submitted through the website are requests only until confirmed by Drisoft Laundry Services staff. Pickup and delivery schedules, prices, turnaround times, and service availability may change based on staff confirmation, laundry quantity, garment type, location, and operating conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, pickup and delivery information, laundry instructions, and payment information. Drisoft Laundry Services may contact customers to clarify booking details before processing laundry.
The customer invoice portal is provided for convenience. Invoices become visible only after staff manually links your Facebook or Messenger identity to your POS customer record. Do not use another person's Facebook account or attempt to access invoices that are not yours.
Prices shown on the public pricelist may be updated from time to time. Final charges may depend on actual weight, item count, load type, special handling, stain treatment, delivery terms, and staff confirmation.
Drisoft Laundry Services may suspend access to the booking form or customer portal if misuse, incorrect information, unauthorized access, or service abuse is detected.
