Important information for customers using our website, booking form, Facebook Login, Messenger sync, and invoice portal.
Information we collect may include your name, mobile number, email address, booking details, pickup and delivery details, invoice records, Facebook profile ID, Facebook profile name, avatar URL, and email address when Facebook provides it. When staff syncs Messenger customers, we import Page Messenger identities only. Message bodies are not imported.
We use this information to identify customers, manually link Facebook or Messenger identities to POS customer records, show invoices to linked customers, process laundry bookings, provide customer support, and improve our laundry service operations.
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information only with staff, service providers, payment or hosting providers, and authorities when required by law or needed to operate the service.
Customer invoices are shown only after staff manually links a Facebook or Messenger customer account to the matching POS contact record.
To request deletion or correction of your information, contact Drisoft Laundry Services through our Facebook Page or phone number. Some transaction records may be retained when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
