User Data Deletion Instructions
Important information for customers using our website, booking form, Facebook Login, Messenger sync, and invoice portal.
To request deletion, send a message to the Drisoft Laundry Services Facebook Page or contact our published phone number. Include your Facebook name, email address or mobile number used for booking, and a short note saying that you want your website or Facebook Login data deleted.
After receiving a request, staff will verify the account, remove or unlink the CMS customer account where possible, remove imported Messenger identity records where possible, and stop using that Facebook identity for invoice portal access.
Some records may be retained when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, invoice history, or legal compliance. If transaction records must be retained, Drisoft Laundry Services will limit use of those records to the required purpose.
